Canada Domestic (Shipped out of British Columbia):

British Columbia, Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan

The cheapest shipping option (Expedited service) normally takes 2-3 Business days.

Local Vancouver and British Columbia orders normally take 1-2 business days.

Quebec and Ontario

The cheapest shipping (Expedited Service) takes normally 5-7  business days. 

Additional Xpresspost shipping is guaranteed for 3 business days.

Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, New Foundland/Labrador, and Prince Edward Island

The cheapest shipping (Expedited Service) normally takes 7-9 business days.

Additional Xpresspost shipping is guaranteed for 4 business days.

COVID-19 Notice: Canada Post is advising all customers to expect delays, so please plan ahead.

 

Notice

All products are always shipped the next business day after the order confirmation and include a tracking number so you can follow the parcel.

Once the package is shipped, we are not responsible for operating delays on behalf of the mail carrier. Delay's may arise in situations that include mechanical malfunctions, postal strike, weather delays, and of course COVID-19. We will always ship the package the next business day after receipt of the order confirmation for your piece of mind. 

 

Returns

Unfortunately, as our products are made to order and since we cannot guarantee the integrity of the popping mechanism once it's returned, we do not accept returns. 

Returns for unused cannons will not be accepted.

Our products are ensured for quality but in the unlikely event that an item is defective, we will refund your payment you based on video from the reveal which prove it. Since it's highly likely someone will be recording a video of the reveal, forward it to us at bellebeauconfettico@gmail.com. If the file size is too large, get in contact with us so we can sort it all out.
