To continuing to support your gender reveal and pregnancy announcement needs, we’re adapting some of our operations to keep everyone safe. We’ve also answered some common questions you might have about Belle & Beau Confetti Co. and COVID-19.

Wildfire Smoke Delay
Canada Post has issued an indefinite mail delivery alert for Parts of Central and Southern British Columbia. This includes our Vancouver and Victoria shipping locations. Please expect shipping delays due to hazardous air quality conditions on top any unforseen COVID-19 related delays.
Powder Cannon Restock
After a busy few months, we've fully restocked one of our best sellers, the Gender Reveal Powder Cannon! In the process, we've modified our cannons to contain MORE powder resulting in a larger, more vibrant cloud!
Reserve and Local Pick Up
The quickest and most efficient way to get what you need at this time is to use our Local Pick Up services for residents in the Greater Vancouver Regional District. Please consider using these services as a way to get your items quickly while maintaining social distance. We've modified our Local Pick-Up location in Surrey, BC to a contactless pick-up solution. Electronic payment for all local pick-up is required in advance. This option can be found on the second page of our online check-out.
Our Alternative to Envelope Disclosures
Until further notice, we suspend the practice of filling orders at the time of pick-up using the gender disclosure envelope. As an alternative, if you have a sealed envelope, we are happy to obtain the disclosure through FaceTime or Google Duo. Moreover, if authorized, we can contact your ultrasound clinic or ultrasound tech for the fetal sex as well.
We know you’re relying on us to get the confetti and powder cannons that you need. You can still order from our site and have items delivered to your home. Please be aware that, for the moment, our trusted delivery partners have suspended their on-time delivery guarantee and will continue to follow the protective guidelines set out by public health authorities to ensure the safety of both their personnel but also our valued customers.
From April to August, we've noticed a few trends with shipping. First, we found that packages being shipped to clients who live within the major urban centers (e.g., Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Toronto, etc.) and their close suburban districts are arriving within three business days with Xpresspost.
In June, we found packages to BC, Alberta, Manitoba, and Saskatchewan arriving in a timely manner. However, we've noticed that a small percentage of packages to Ontario, specifically in the Ottawa region, were delayed for weeks.
To counter any unanticipated shipping delays, we suggest setting the date for your party once the cannons arrive. While we understand that last-minute planning is quite common, our delivery partners are experiencing high volumes which may lead to delays. By doing so, this will alleviate the stress of waiting for the package to arrive and not leave your scrambling looking for a replacement.

With that information, we’re making decisions to support the safety and well-being of our team members and customers, while still delivering the products and services that expecting parents need during these challenging times.
